CONTRACT DOCUMENT PREPARING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PREPARING CONTRACT DOCUMENT BY USING THE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To quickly prepare a contract document and to attain a safe contract by retrieving customer specification information stored in a 2nd system by customer key information inputted by a 1st system and outputting a contract document based upon the obtained information and inputted application information to a printer device. ;CONSTITUTION: When a customer requires the purchase of a commodity or the like by a credit and inputs a telephone number e.g. by a pen input tablet device 12, a processor 11 requests the 2nd system to retrieve a customer specification information file. A processor 21 in the 2nd system retrieves information such as the name and address of the person concerned by using the telephone number as a key and answers the information of the corresponding customer to the 1st system 1. The 1st system outputs the answered customer information to the device 12 by a shopping credit application format and the processor 11 instructs a printer 15 to prints out a credit sales contract document having the same format as a shopping credit application.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
