To provide a lip reading based voice wakeup method, apparatus, arrangement and computer readable medium.SOLUTION: A lip reading based wakeup method includes: acquiring a variation image of a user's lips; determining whether the variation image of the user's lips matches a preset variation image; and waking up a voice interaction function in response to the variation image of the user's lips matching the preset variation image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
