To provide a power source system of an electric vehicle capable of continuing management of charge and discharge of a first battery for supplying driving power even if the electric power supply capability of a second battery is sharply reduced.SOLUTION: A power source system (3) of an electric vehicle includes: a first battery (20) for supplying electric power to a driving motor; a battery control section (30) for managing charge and discharge of the first battery; a second battery (25) for supplying the electric power having a lower voltage than the first battery; and a control power source management section (28) having a confluent line that can draw current from the first power source line to which the electric power of the first battery is transmitted and the second power source line to which the electric power of the second battery is transmitted, and transmitting the electric power via the confluent line to the battery control section from either of the first power source line or the second power source line, according to the magnitude of the voltage from the first power source line to the confluent line and the voltage applied from the second power source line to the confluent line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
