PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic composition comprising effects of reduction of traffic accidents generated following to suppression of impulsivity corresponding to men, improvement of concentration ability during study and work, and relaxation, other than caffeine intake and food product and beverage having strong stimulant.SOLUTION: There is provided an aromatic composition comprising an active ingredient, synthesized geraniol or geraniol which is isolated and purified from a natural product, being administrated from a nasal cavity or from an oral cavity as a food additive, so that an olfactory sense nerve is stimulated and stimulation to the olfactory sense nerve is transmitted to a brain, and comprising effects of suppression of impulsivity of men and relaxation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
