PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical laminate with a touch panel, which can sufficiently suppress generation of Newton rings and give a high-quality display image.SOLUTION: The optical laminate with a touch panel includes: an optical film having a hard coat layer and a low refractive index layer (A) deposited in this order on one surface of a light-transmitting substrate; and a touch panel having a low refractive index layer (B) on one surface, disposed to oppose to the optical film. The optical film and the touch panel are disposed to oppose to each other in such a manner that the low refractive index layer (A) and the low refractive index layer (B) oppose to each other while forming a gap therebetween. A rugged pattern is formed on a surface (A) of the low refractive index layer (A) on the low refractive index layer (B) side and formed on a surface (B) of the low refractive index layer (B) on the low refractive index layer (A) side. The surface (A) and the surface (B) have a reflection Y value of 0.1% or more and less than 1.5%; and the rugged pattern of the surface (A) and the surface (B) has a ten-point average roughness (Rz) of 20 to 90 nm and an average inclination angle (Δa) of 5 to 20°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
