PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teaching result display system that enables an operator to appropriately recognize the drawing of the motion path of a robot body around the back side of the body.SOLUTION: A 3 DCG computer stores 3D model image data three-dimensionally modeling the for of a robot arm 2, and processes the 3D model image data to be an image matching the actual view of the arm 2 seen from the view point of an operator according to the view point position information of the operator, and the position information and the attitude information of the arm 2. When the operator carries out teaching work about the motion of the arm 2, the 3 DCG computer generates path image data for displaying the motion of the finger tips of the arm 2 as an image, and generates image data synthesized with the processed 3D model image. When processing is carried out to display the part of the image data in which the arm 2 is present by a transmissive color, the processed image is transmitted to a transmissive display 4.
