To determine whether or not a distributed power supply can be utilized as adjustment power, and to control the same to be utilized as the adjustment power during a DR execution scheduled period.SOLUTION: A distributed power supply control device has an operation state grasping means grasping a present operation state of a distributed power supply of a plurality of users, an operation state forecasting means capable of forecasting the operation state of the distributed power supply in a DR execution scheduled period per user supposing that a DR is not executed, a user selecting means selecting a user having the distributed power supply which can be utilized as adjustment power of the DR, an operation control determining means determining an operation control method of the distributed power supply which can be utilized as the adjustment power of the selected user, and an instruction means instructing a power supply management device managing the distributed power supply of the selected user so as to execute the operation control method determined by the operation control determining means during the demand response execution scheduled period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
