The present invention relates to a combined preparation of dutasteride and tadalafil, a therapeutic agent for prostatic hyperplasia, and an oral capsule preparation containing the same. The combined preparation has a total weight of the composition in the capsule of 400 mg or less, dissolves dutasteride and disperses tadalafil so that the size of the capsule can be easily taken by the patient to enhance the convenience of the patient. In addition, it contains a glycerin fatty acid ester derivative or a propylene glycol fatty acid ester derivative which enhances the solubility of dutasteride, which is a poorly soluble drug, and improves the stability of tadalafil.
