To enable a patient, medical radiology technician, physician, and the like to easily grasp duration of radiotherapy.SOLUTION: A radiotherapy system comprises: an irradiation unit for performing irradiation with a radiation in synchronization with a patient's approximately periodical movement; a measurement unit for measuring one period of the patient's approximately periodical movement and the radiation's unit irradiation time per the one period; a calculation unit 52 for calculating an irradiation prediction time required for radiation synchronization irradiation by the irradiation unit on the basis of the one period, the unit irradiation time, and radiation dose information included in a therapeutic plan 21 on the patient; and a display unit 60 for displaying the irradiation prediction time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
