To provide a determination system, an on-vehicle communication machine, a determination device, a determination method, and a determination program capable of correctly determining a possibility of a collision between vehicles without providing a device on a road side.SOLUTION: A determination system includes: an on-vehicle communication machine to be mounted on a vehicle; and a determination device. The on-vehicle communication machine transmits to the determination device at least position information of position information of a vehicle and identification information to identify on which one of three-dimensionally crossing roads a vehicle is traveling. The determination device receives the position information transmitted from the on-vehicle communication machine, acquires the identification information, identifies a road on which the vehicle is traveling on the basis of acquired identification information, determines a possibility of a collision between the vehicle and another vehicle on the basis of the identified road and the received position information, and performs notification to the on-vehicle communication machine related to a collision on the basis of a determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
