To realize a technology that can support a user for methodical thinking in addition to support of expansion of thinking by the user.SOLUTION: A correlation diagram display system 1 includes a radial correlation diagram generation unit configured to generate a radial correlation diagram in which a plurality of subordinate display targets C2 is arranged at positions corresponding to operation contents by a user around an uppermost display target C1, and a tree-like correlation diagram generation unit configured to generate a tree-like correlation diagram M2 in which the correlation between the plurality of display targets C corresponds to the radial correlation diagram. The tree-like correlation diagram generation unit arranges the uppermost display target C1 at an end 40a of an arrangement region 40 of the tree-like correlation diagram M2, and arranges each of the subordinate display targets C2 on an arrangement direction X side with respect to a display target C belonging to the next higher hierarchy when one direction extending in the arrangement region 40 with the uppermost display target C1 as a starting point is set as the arrangement direction X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
