PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder and a tap oil supply unit which can perform tap processing and supply of tap oil to a tap tool with one piece of tool.;SOLUTION: A tool holder includes: a holder main body 2 which has a shank 3 fixed to a main shaft S of a machine tool on one edge side; a tool retention part 6 which is arranged on the other edge side of the holder main body 2 and retains a tap tool T; and a tap oil supply part 11 which supplies tap oil to the tap tool T. Therein, the tap oil supply part 11 includes a nozzle 12 for supplying tap oil to the tap tool T, a tank 13 for storing the tap oil therein, a piston 14 which excludes the tap oil from the tank 13, an elastic member 15 which biases the piston 14 toward the nozzle 12 and a disc-like rotor part 16 which is arranged freely rotatably around the shaft of the main shaft S between the piston 14 and the nozzle 12 and is internally provided with a through-hole 16a for circulating the tap oil therethrough.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
