PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for highly accurately predicting (simulating) a transition of a compound concentration in human plasma.;SOLUTION: A prediction (simulation) method for predicting a transition of a compound concentration in human plasma by using a computer, comprises the steps of: setting predetermined parameters in a differential equation related to pharmacokinetics; and calculating a time transition of the compound concentration in human plasma by numerically analyzing the differential equation. The predetermined parameters include: a) a physical property value of a compound; b) a biological value of the compound related to a model animal and/or a human being; and c) a value calculated from at least one value among an in vivo measured value or a physical property value of the compound obtained from an in vivo kinetics trial using model animals, the biological value, and the in vivo measured value.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
