PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device with a simple structure.;SOLUTION: A cutting device includes: a cylindrical body 12 for transporting a web W along the lower peripheral surface thereof; a cutter moving part 18 disposed in an axial direction inside the cylindrical body 12; a slit 14 provided in the axial direction of the lower peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 12; and a cutter 16 for the web W which is movable in the axial direction with the cutter moving part 18 and projects from the slit 14.
