PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for determining and/or extracting a fragment in which difficulty is deviated by a prescribed reference or more, in at least one fragment included in a text.SOLUTION: An outlier place extraction device comprises: a fragment difficulty estimation part 31 for estimating difficulty in at least one fragment out of fragments obtained by dividing a text by a prescribed unit; and an outlier place extraction part 4 for determining that the fragment in which, difficulty is deviated by a prescribed reference or more, in at least one fragment, is an outlier place of the text and/or extracting the same fragment as an outlier place of the text.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
