PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element implementation method and light-emitting device manufacturing method, capable of accurately, simply, easily, and securely manufacturing a light-emitting device comprising a light-emitting element.;SOLUTION: There is provided an element implementation method including: a step of preparing a base comprising a plurality of first recesses; a step of temporarily fixing an element comprising a pair of electrodes in each of the first recesses; a step of preparing an aggregate substrate having an implementation surface on which a plurality of pairs of wires are provided; a step of bringing the wires into contact with the electrodes to fix the elements on the aggregate substrate in a lump by heating; and a step of removing the base from the elements. There is also provided a light-emitting device manufacturing method including a step of dividing, after performing the above-mentioned element implementation method by using light-emitting elements as elements, the aggregate substrate into units of the light-emitting elements or units of a plurality of light-emitting element groups.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
