PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take a precise image of a simply configured imaging target object made of a curved surface.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional shape of a surface of an imaging target object 50 is measured with a two-dimensional laser displacement gauge. A controller 30 holds a line scan camera 42 based on the measured three-dimensional shape of the surface of the imaging target object 50 so that the optical axis of the lens of the line scan camera 42, which is attached to a six-axis robot 20 and images the surface of the imaging target object 50, becomes perpendicular to the surface of the imaging target object 50, and controls the six-axis robot 20 so that the line scan camera 42 moves with the surface of the imaging target object 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
