PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material capable of forming a release sheet excellent in a masking property, flexibility and releasability.SOLUTION: The invention provides: a curable resin composition for a release sheet containing (A) a thioether-containing (meth)acrylate derivative with a specific structure, and (B) polyfunctional (meth)acrylate with a weight-average molecular weight from 200 to 50000; a process substrate using the same; and a method of protecting the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
