A bottle essential oil diffuser includes a bottle having a bottle mouth, an essential oil substance contained in the bottle, a cap capped on the bottle mouth of the bottle and defining therein a top opening and a breathing film consisting of a fiber fixation layer and a microporous layer and bonded to the cap over the top opening for allowing generated aromatic molecular vapor to pass thereof and prohibiting the essential oil substance from flowing out of the top opening of the cap.
