Bottle refill diffuser (1) of essential oil comprising: - a tank (2) of oil (3); - A diffusion head (4) comprising: • a nebulization chamber for producing oil droplets, the nebulizing chamber being arranged to initially direct a stream of oil droplets created therein to the inside the tank (2), said nebulizing chamber comprising a compressed air inlet, an oil inlet and a mixing zone; A diffusion chamber arranged to break the droplets of oil in microdroplets and diffuse said microdroplets into the ambient air in the form of an oil vapor; • a threaded portion cooperating by screwing with a threaded portion of said reservoir (2) of oil; characterized in that said diffusion head (4) comprises tamperproof means (5) able to prevent unscrewing between the threaded portion of the diffusion head (4) and the threaded portion of the reservoir (2).
