These are methods for forming a laminated structure comprising two-component solvent-free polyurethane adhesive compositions. The adhesive composition is formulated so that each component is independently applied to corresponding substrates before the substrates are joined to form the laminate structure. The adhesive compositions are highly reactive and may comprise amine-initiated polyols or catalysts providing rapid cure. The amine-initiated polyols comprise a functionality of 2 to 12, a hydroxyl number of 5 to 1,830 and a viscosity at 40 ° C of 500 to 20,000 mpa-s. The catalyst may consist of bismuth catalysts, zinc catalysts, zirconium catalysts, tin catalysts and aluminum catalysts. still further, a laminate formed according to the method is disclosed.
