The present invention relates to a RINNO socket contactor device, which is an interface between microcircuit and electronic board connected to electrical test equipment, thus providing the electrical readings of the microcircuit to evaluate its performance. The quality of the electrical contact between the microcircuit and electronic board and the reliable evaluation of the product depends on the quality and uniqueness of the interface contactor device. The present invention aims to improve the electrical contact providing a contactor device with mobile contact pins design moving through the contact points of the microcircuit, thus avoiding the foreign particles of the contact area. It characterizes by possessing a mechanism called earth block with damping, which consists of four elements a mobile block, a fixed block limiter, a fixed pivot block, and an elastomer. Said elements allow giving movement to the mobile block through the contact area of ??the microcircuit moving the foreign particles out of the contact area and improving the electrical performance of the test.
