The present disclosure is related to Castor oil modification for high-density polyurethane formulations that can be used for any type of polyurethane that is planned to be developed. Consists of a polyol made from castor oil modified with pentaerythritol and glycosylated starch, this formulation is prepared for use in high-density polyurethane, but not being exclusive for that kind of material. Consists of a hydroxyl number of 350-410 mg KOH that can react with any type of isocyanate for the synthesis of polyurethane foams.
