The purpose of the notification is a bacterial starter culture containing a biomass fermentation bacterial culture characterised by:it consists of a strain of Lactobacillus plantarum, deposited in the Polish Micro -organisms Collection (PCM) of the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of PAN under B /00117.The notification shall also cover an outbreak containing the bacterial starter culture as declared,the method of baking and the use of bacterial starter culture or incubation as declared for the production of baking bacterial composition and new bacterial strains and their use.
