THIS INVENTION CONCERNS THE INTEGRATION OF A SPECIFIC NUCLEIC ACID SEQUENCE DETECTION SYSTEM IN BIOLOGICAL SAMPLES, MEASURED BY METALLIC NANOSONDAS, ON A MICROFLUID PLATFORM. COLORIMETRIC RESULT IS GIVEN BY INCREASING THE ION FORCE OF THE MEDIUM CONTAINING THE METALLIC NANOSONDAS AND THE BIOLOGICAL SAMPLE. THIS INVENTION IS RELATED TO THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE MICROFLUID PLATFORM, WHICH IS LOW COST AND EASY HANDLING ALLOWS THE INVENTION TO BE USED IN INTEREST.
