Guiding unit for agricultural products for a pick-up device (100) comprising downstream transversal unloading means, the guiding unit comprising a supporting body (2) connectable to a pick-up frame (101) and equipped with a supporting portion (2a) which, during use, is located above the unloading means, a transversal guiding element (5) is delimited by an upper longitudinal edge (5a), proximal to the supporting body (2), and by a lower longitudinal edge (5b), distal from the supporting body (2) and, in use, opposite and in front of the pick-up means (102) in such a way as to delimit a pass-through section for the products to be harvested. The guiding unit also comprises connecting means (8) operatively interposed between the upper longitudinal edge (5a) and the supporting portion (2a), designed to allow a translation of the guiding element (5) towards and away from the supporting body (2).
