The utility model disclosed the process of producing sweet potato leaves (Ipomea batatas) biscuit comprising the steps washing the sweet potato leaves; removing the stalks and blanching the sweet potato leaves in boiling water; straining and cooling the sweet potato leaves; chopping the sweet potato leaves; cutting-in the margarine into flour, baking powder and salt mixture; adding the sweet potato leaves in the margarine, flour, baking powder and salt mixture; mixing the sweet potato dough thoroughly and placing on floured board; rolling the sweet potato dough about 1 cm thick; cutting the dough into square; arranging the biscuit dough on lightly floured baking sheet; brushing the dough with egg washed; baking for 15 to 20 minutes in a moderately hot oven; and removing and cooling the biscuit.
