Method and systems for evaluating tissue perfusion in a tissue of a subjectinvolvingdetection of fluorescence in the tissue arising from indocyanine green in theblood,acquisition of a sequence of images, independent processing of each pixel intheimages to compute a temporally-based value for each pixel, each temporally-basedvalue being based on a plurality of the images, and generate a map. In themap, thetarget region is processed using first and second references to compute aquantitativerepresentation of tissue perfusion.
