A method for evaluating the similarity of human milk substitute fat, the method comprising building a human milk substitute fat similarity evaluation model. The evaluation model is not affected by an index content, and can more comprehensively highlight the similarity of various indexes, and comprehensively quantify the difference between human milk substitute fat and human milk fat using a similarity coefficient. According to the similarity evaluation method, human milk fat is graded objectively, and the similarity of human milk substitute fat is evaluated in grades by means of an evaluation model, thus providing a comprehensive method for evaluating the similarity of the human milk substitute fat.
