@@ IntroductionrnAn important technical conference was held in April, 1994in Shengli Oilfields, Eastern China with strong representation from most oil producing areas.Important reports and dicisions were made targeting at stabilizing the oil production rate of the eastern part of the country in order to implement a smooth transition of oil production load to the western part where the exploration work is still underway.
