The battery fixing structure for a remote control is provided in a remote control main body, and comprises a battery holding box for receiving and fixing a battery (4), the battery holding box comprising a battery support (2) and a battery sealing cover (3), the battery support (2) and the battery sealing cover (3) being mutually snap-fastened and delimiting a battery holding chamber therebetween, and at least one of the battery support (2) and the battery sealing cover (3) being connected to the remote control main body. Further disclosed is a remote control comprising the battery (4) fixing structure. The present invention effectively fixes the battery (4), preventing the battery (4) from coming loose or falling out, thus ensuring good electrical connection, and by means of snap-fastening, the battery support (2) and the battery (4) sealing cover (3) can be easily assembled and disassembled, enabling re-use, significantly reducing production costs.
