Provided are: a fluororubber composition which maintains rubbery characteristics, exhibits good flowability and releasability when molded, and can be crosslinked in a reduced time; and a fluororubber sealing material comprising the fluororubber composition. The fluororubber composition is characterized by containing: a polyol-crosslinkable fluororubber; a fatty acid amide compound; one or more of a phosphate ester compound, a fatty acid ester compound, and a fluorine-containing compound; and a polyol-crosslinking agent. The fluororubber sealing material comprises the fluororubber composition.
