Provided is a machine room electromagnetic interference monitoring system based on the Internet of Things, the system being used for monitoring the condition of an electromagnetic interference signal in a machine room to guarantee the security of devices in the machine room. The system comprises: an electromagnetic interference detection unit (22) for detecting an electromagnetic interference signal; a data processing unit (24) for determining whether the electromagnetic interference signal is greater than a set threshold value; an electromagnetic interference prevention system detection unit (26) for detecting, when the electromagnetic interference signal is greater than the threshold value, whether an electromagnetic interference prevention system operates normally; and a prompt unit (28) for sending a detection result to a machine room administrator. By means of detecting an electromagnetic interference prevention system when an electromagnetic interference signal is abnormal, the reason for an electromagnetic interference abnormality can be found in a timely manner.
