A name list distribution method, apparatus and device, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps of: when a name list distribution request is detected, extracting, according to the list distribution request, a client list from a name list pool according to a preset rule, and adding the client list into a name list (S10); determining agent groups in the name list pool, and searching the agent groups for a target agent that meets a preset condition (S20); if the target agent is found, distributing the client list in the name list to the target agent (S30); and if the target agent is not found, distributing the client list in the name list in an ascending order of the count values corresponding to agents in the agent groups (S40). During distribution of the client list, the client list is distributed according to a certain rule, instead of being randomly distributed, and therefore, corresponding client lists can be preferentially distributed to the agents meeting certain conditions, and the intelligence of name list distribution is improved.
