A water stop plate surrounding the water feeding opening is disposed in the pressure stabilization chamber. The pressure stabilization chamber is disposed between the water inlet and the water outlet part, a pressure-stabilized water flow enters the water outlet part and is evenly discharged out of the strip-shaped water outlet part, the water form effect is even, and the stabilization of discharged water flow is facilitated. By arranging the water stop plate, a water flow flows into the water inlet, then hits the water stop plate, flows over the water stop plate and then enters the pressure stabilization chamber, accordingly, the stabilization of the water flow in the pressure stabilization chamber is facilitated, a stable and even water flow is provided for the water outlet part, and it is avoided that water flow directly hits the water outlet part and only part of water is discharged or the water is unevenly discharged through the strip-shaped water outlet part.
