A portable and quantitative milk powder box. The milk powder box comprises: a box body (1), an upper cover (3), a lower cover (2), a valve rod (51), a powder quantifying valve (52), a powder outlet valve (53), and a powder outlet switch (4). The upper cover and the lower cover are disposed respectively at an upper end and a lower end of the box body (1) to define a powder storage cavity (10). A powder outlet (11) is provided at the bottom of the powder storage cavity (10). The powder outlet switch (4) is disposed on the upper cover (3). A valve rod (51) is disposed on the upper cover (3) in a manner of sliding up and down. The powder outlet switch (4) is in driving connection with an upper end of the valve rod (51). A lower end of the valve rod (51) stretches into the powder storage cavity (10). The powder quantifying valve (52) and the powder outlet valve (53) are disposed one above the other on the valve rod (51). A user presses the powder outlet switch to drive the valve rod, the powder quantifying valve and the powder outlet valve to move downwards together; the powder quantifying valve partitions the powder storage cavity completely into an upper area and a lower area, and the powder quantifying valve controls in the powder storage cavity powder outlet quantity; and at the same time, the powder outlet valve opens the powder outlet, and thus a fixed quantity of milk powder is poured out. The milk powder box is small in size, is easily carried, conveniently disassembled and assembled and conveniently cleaned, and is capable of discharging a fixed quantity of milk powder.
