A fitness equipment control method and device, a running machine, a storage medium and a processor. Said method comprises: synchronizing fitness courses to fitness equipment by means of a signal reception device on the fitness equipment, the fitness courses being stored in an external device which is independent from the fitness equipment (S102); and controlling the fitness equipment to operate according to the synchronized fitness courses (S104). Said method solves the technical problem in the related art that the fitness experience of the user is affected due to complicated operations and monotonous fitness content when simple settings on the fitness equipment are used for fitness.
