The air conditioning unit comprises a plurality of air conditioner indoor units and an air conditioner outdoor unit, each of the air conditioner indoor units being provided with a station. The control method comprises: receiving state change data sent by a plurality of stations, the state change data referring to state data recorded when the operation state of the air conditioner indoor units is changed; and if it is determined that the stations corresponding to all the air conditioner indoor units all transmit the state change data, transmitting the state change data of all the air conditioner indoor units to the air conditioner outdoor unit.
