The present invention provides a method for detecting multiple nucleic acids by using a single fluorescence channel gene amplification apparatus (PCR machine) using a TaqMan probe and a PNA probe. A PNA probe designed to have low melting temperatures (Tm) and a TaqMan probe, of the present invention, enable the simultaneous detection of two genes by a single fluorescence channel gene amplification apparatus (PCR machine) when used in combination so as to enable a reduction in costs spent on purchasing an expensive new multi-channel gene amplification apparatus (PCR machine), thereby being effectively usable with respect to feasibility.
