According to the present invention, a standing walker comprises: a pair of side parts disposed on both sides of a user respectively; a pair of pillar parts respectively coupled to distal ends of the pair of side parts and extending upward; a base frame having wheels coupled to the side part; a rotation frame comprising a first arm and a second arm respectively coupled to the pair of pillar parts, wherein the first arm and the second arm each have a first member rotatably coupled to the pillar part at one end thereof, and a second member bent and extending from the other end of the first member in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the first member, while having an arm rest part coupled to the second member on the first arm and the second member on the second arm; and a rotation driving unit rotating the rotation frame with respect to the base frame. According to the present invention, since the standing walker supports the muscular strength when the elderly or patients stand up or sit by holding the standing walker, the user can easily stand or sit with less force. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the user from being injured due to unreasonable operation and to improve the usability. In addition, since the user is able to stand or sit while a support belt supports the waist or the hip, people with weak muscular strength can easily and safely use the standing walker.
