The present invention relates to a culture method for increasing the productivity of active ingredients of culture materials of mycelium of Phellinus linteus, Shiitake mushroom, and Grifola frondosa; and a feminine wash composition containing exopolysaccharides and beta-glucan extracted from components of mycelium culture broth. Dried materials or concentrates of mycelium prepared by culturing the culture materials of mycelium of Phellinus linteus, Shiitake mushroom, and Hen of the woods; the exopolysaccharides; and the beta-glucan are characterized by being cultured at a rate of 0-500 rpm for agitation and air supply. In addition, the present invention relates to a feminine wash composition comprising the culture materials of mycelium of Phellinus linteus, Shiitake mushroom, and Grifola frondosa. The present invention is to provide a method for producing mycelium culture broth of Phellinus linteus, Shiitake mushroom, and Grifola frondosa.
