According to the present invention, a disclosed system for measuring heat exchange efficiency of a multi-stage separation heat exchanger comprises: a multi-stage separation heat exchanger (50) which allows a first heat exchange block (52) and a second heat exchange block (54), which are installed to be separated from each other in a vertical direction, to exchange heat between high-temperature humid air and low-temperature dry air by circulating a heat medium; a high-temperature humid air generator (40) which generates high-temperature humid air to supply high-temperature humid air to the first heat exchange block (52) of the multi-stage separation heat exchanger (50); a mixing chamber (30) which mixes the heat-exchanged air discharged from the second heat exchange block (54) of the multi-stage separation heat exchanger (50) with external air to supply the mixture to the high-temperature humid air generator (40); a boiler (10) which generates steam to supply the steam to the high-temperature humid air generator (40); a ventilator (20); a blower (60); and a control panel (70) which controls the ON/OFF operation and the operation condition of the components, displays the temperature information of the input and outlet ends of the multi-stage separation heat exchanger (50) on a display window, and calculates heat exchange efficiency by using temperature information to display the same on the display window.
