The present invention relates to insoluble dietary fiber powder based on Chinese cabbage byproducts, a method for manufacturing the same, and a frying premix comprising the insoluble dietary fiber powder. Specifically, the insoluble dietary fiber powder of the present invention is based on Chinese cabbage byproducts which are conventionally scrapped. Accordingly, various tastes of customers can be satisfied, and economical and environmentally friendly properties can be ensured. Also, since the insoluble dietary fiber powder is added to the frying premix, the frying premix has low fat content and crunchy texture, and increases preference for overall functional elements such as appearances and colors.
