The present invention relates to a Tremella fuciformis-derived polysaccharide manufactured by separating only a proteoglycan layer present on the surface of Tremella fuciformis through a proteolytic enzyme treatment process and a manufacturing method involving ultrasonic wave extraction, a manufacturing method thereof, and a composition containing the same. According to the present invention, the composition is very useful as cleansing cosmetic materials excellent in absorbing fine dust and yellow dust.
