The present invention discloses an apparatus for managing car dealing and registration in a batch. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus includes a communication unit for connecting a seller and buyer through a communication network and communicating with servers related to car dealing and registration task. In addition, the apparatus includes a used car processing unit performing dealing and registration of transfer of a used car when the buyer purchases the used car. Moreover, the apparatus includes a management unit controls the communication unit and used car processing unit to link and perform the dealing and registration of transfer of the used car online, and guiding loan conditions estimated per financial sector through the communication unit to the buyer based on authentication of the buyer and viewed credit rating when the buyer requests a loan for purchase of the used car.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
