PURPOSE: A terminal device for managing vehicles, a vehicle managing method using the same, and a used vehicle trading method are provided to notify time for replacement to a mobile communication device by collecting driving information of a vehicle through a terminal device. CONSTITUTION: The storage unit(110) stores identification information of a vehicle and personal information of a driver by connecting to a control unit(100). A communication unit(140) transmits vehicle collection information, which an information collecting unit(160) collects, to an external server(200) of the vehicle. The information collecting unit generates the vehicle collection information. The vehicles collection information is communicated through an internal communication line of the vehicle.
