The present invention relates to a method for selective expansion of a population of γδ T-cells (s), compositions and mixtures thereof, and methods of using the same as therapeutic agents. The non-engineered and engineered, concentrated γδ T-cell population of the present disclosure is useful in the treatment of a variety of cancer, infectious diseases and immune disorders.
