A micro-needle disclosed in the present invention comprises: a needle part having a pointed tip at the end part thereof; a protective part provided on a surface of the needle part at the room temperature with a material having low solubility in water; and a medicinal liquid part coated with a medicinal liquid containing a water-soluble active component at the end part of the needle part with the protective part interposed therebetween. According to the constitution of the micro-needle, it is possible to suppress deformation of the needle part during coating of the medicinal liquid in a manufacturing process of the micro-needle, thereby contributing to an improvement of the efficiency of the micro-needle.
