The present invention relates to a foldable umbrella stand installed in a column of public transportation, capable of storing umbrellas that are wet with rainwater by using a body of an umbrella stand, facilitating the discharge of the rainwater through a rainwater discharge portion formed in the umbrella stand, allowing the umbrella stand to be folded and fixed by a locking portion, and preventing the umbrella stand from occupying a space of in the vehicle when it does not rain. That is, the present invention includes: an umbrella stand body for storing umbrellas; a connection portion that is joined to a column at a lower end of the umbrella stand body; and a locking portion provided at an upper portion of the umbrella stand body to fold the umbrella stand. The present invention can store umbrellas, which are wet with rainwater, by the umbrella stand body and facilitate the discharge of rainwater by using the rainwater discharge portion formed in the umbrella stand. In addition, the umbrella stand body can be folded and fixed by the locking portion, and the umbrella stand can be prevented from occupying the space in the vehicle when it does not rain.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
