The present invention relates to a curcumin nanostructured lipid carrier (Cur_NLC) having improved heat stability and an efficient stabilization heat treatment method thereof, wherein span 80 and tween 80, as an emulsifier, are used in a weight ratio of 3:7 to 5:5, and 15 to 80 wt% of the emulsifier with respect to the total weight of lipid is included. Since the lipid uses soybean oil as liquid lipid and uses glyceryl tristearate as solid lipid, stability against heat of the cur_NLC can be improved. In addition, the cur_NLC may be sterilized using a high temperature short time (HTST) to further stabilize the cur_NLC.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
